The meeting will take place WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 at the Simsbury Inn, 397 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070 | 860-651-5700, www.simsburyinn.com.

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am | $129 single or double occupancy plus tax | Reservation cut off date is August 24.   Rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Conveniently located just 15 miles from the city of Hartford and Bradley International Airport. Complimentary parking is available at the hotel. In lieu of a registration fee, all actual charges (meetings, meals, hotel, etc.) will be invoiced following the seminar as incurred per participant.

Registrations can still be accepted.

72-hour cancellation is required for meals. Shuttle fee based on number of confirmed participants and invoiced, cancellations at event will be billed.
